Our Commitment At SZN, we prioritize the structural integrity and hygienic purity of every garment. To ensure that every piece delivered to our clients is in pristine, unworn condition, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds.
Size Exchange Policy We are dedicated to helping you find your perfect silhouette. Should you require a different size, we offer a seamless one-time exchange for the same style, subject to availability.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

Notification: Contact our concierge at sznoffcl@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition: To be eligible, the item must remain in its original, unworn state with all archival packaging and tags intact.

Process: Once your request is received, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete your exchange.
Defects & Damaged Items Quality is at the core of our design process. In the rare event that you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately via email so we can resolve the issue with priority.
Exclusions Please note that items returned without prior authorization via email will not be eligible for exchange.
